Delivery Charges

* Delivery charges vary depending on the delivery postcode zone.

Delivery Charges - Zone 1
Zone 1 includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands.
All postcodes not mentioned in Zones 2 and 3.

Zone 1 delivery charges are FREE for all purchases over £49.99 and £3.70 for all deliveries under £50.

Delivery Charges - Zone 2
Zone 2 includes Highlands and Islands of Scotland. Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Zone 2 delivery charges are £4.00 for all postal items and £7 per box for all other orders.

Delivery Charges - Zone 3
Zone 3 includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly. Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25

Zone 3 delivery charges are £7.00 for all postal items and £11 per box for all other orders.

Delivery Schedules

Items 'In Stock'

Where an item states 'In Stock', the main item displayed is in stock in our warehouse. The following delivery terms will apply in this instance:

48 hours Delivery

If the order is over 5kg and is placed before 2pm on a working day when delivery is to the same address as the invoice address, the order will be dispatched same day* via a 2; Day delivery service, therefore delivery will be 2 working days for Zone 1 deliveries and up to 3 working days for Zone 2/3 deliveries.
This excludes Saturday, Sunday and regional Bank Holidays. If the order is placed after 2pm, dispatch will be next working day.

Royal Mail Deliveries
Items up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Delivery will be 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Other Courier

Items between 2kg and 5kg may be sent by another courier. Delivery will be 3-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Items Showing Delivery details

Where an item states 7 - 14 days delivery, the item is not in stock at the moment but delivery is iminent
The item is delivered direct to you from the manufacturer.

We will ALWAYS endeavour to have your goods dispatched within the delivery time stated and keep our customers fully updated on the progress of their order via email and our online tracking facility (Parcel force only). Should your delivery take longer than the timescales stated, we will contact you to keep you updated on the progress of your order. 

Stock Availability
In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not always possible for us to stock every product and some products will be ordered in from the manufacturer.
We can therefore not always 100% guarantee stock availability. To be sure of stock availability, we would advise you to contact us on either +44(0)1977 663306 or email us. 

We may use recycled packaging if the original box has been damaged or for pre used goods or goods received from the manufacturer with multiple pieces in a single carton.
Therefore contents may differ to the description shown on the carton. Please check inside for goods ordered.
Should the parcel be refused without checking, a £15 returns charge will be applicable.

Do we deliver to your address?
We deliver to postal areas in the UK; England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands as standard. Please follow the instructions for international shipping.

For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box or to an address other than that associated with the card used for payment.
If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery to UK addresses overseas, islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship outside the UK. Please contact us on 01977 663306 or email  or on  for an estimate of delivery costs before placing an order.

Can I send things to more than one address
We may be happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, subject to certain security checks. You will need to email us with your special requirements
quoting your order number and you may incur additional carriage charges.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?
ALL ITEMS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. We will not allow the courier to leave the item in an unsecured location. Our deliveries will be made on Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 and 18.30.
We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available.
Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card "We're holding an item of mail for you." at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver with further details.
The order will be held for 15 days, after which time your items will be returned to our warehouse. If the item is returned to our warehouse, you will incur a charge of £15 to cover both delivery and return costs.
Our delivery partner is 'Parcel Force', therefore if you have missed the delivery please check with your local post office or the nearest Parcel force depot

What do I do if the product arrives damaged?
We would ask that you advise the delivery driver but accept the delivery and check if the contents of the box is damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged,
please report this to our customer services on  01977 663306 or send an email to our customer service department who will decide on the best course of action to resolve this matter.
Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at the service centre). See our full terms on returns

Wrong Delivery Address Entered
