The Babe-equip Guarantee

All new products purchased from Babe-equip are covered by a 6 months guarantee, all pre used items are covered by an 8 week (56 day) guarantee. We recommend that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, you will be asked to box the products prior to collection.
Your guarantee will start the date following date of receipt. We will repair any product free of charge if it displays a manufacturing fault within the guarantee period.
If a repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Note that the use of accessories not manufactured or recommended by the product manufacturer may invalidate your guarantee. (eg buggy boards on pushchairs or buggys)

If there is a fault with the product..

Within 28 days (new products only)
If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.
If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Between 28 days - 6 months (new products) - Within 56 days (pre used products)
If you've had the product for up to 6 months (new products) or 56 days (pre used products) following the date of receipt, we'll repair the product or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.
If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

6 months + (new products) - 56 days+ (pre used products)
If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair.

• Please ensure that you keep all packaging from your purchase for the full guarantee period. If your goods need to be returned for any reason, they must returned in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to reject items that are uneconomical for repair or are in an unsuitable condition.
• Repairs will not extend the original guarantee period of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty product.
• Missuse, accidental damage and general wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee. We can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair. A handling fee of £25 and a returns fee of £15 will apply.

Packaging & Procedure

Please can you ensure your order is boxed securely and tape an envelope to the outside of the box containing your invoice and reason for return. If you do not have your invoice please write your name, address, order number and reason for return. Please write the following address on the outside of the envelope:

Please note that for faulty items, you may be asked to label the box with an alternative address

If you are not using the original packaging, your box size must be within the following dimensions. If the box is outside these dimensions, we will incur a surcharge of £25 from our carrier which will be passed on to you.
The size of each Parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension.
Calculation = Length (largest dimension) + (Width + Width + Height + Height) = 300cm or less

Please note:

• The warranty is only valid for the original owner.
• The warranty only covers manufacturing faults and not accidental damage or general wear and tear.
• The product should not have been misused, overloaded or neglected and should have been used and maintained in line with the manufacturers instructions.
• The statutory rights of the purchaser are not affected by the warranty.
• We are only able to pick up from and deliver to UK address for any faults reported.
